About Restore Veterinary Rehabilitation
Restore Veterinary Rehabilitation provides mobile veterinary services for animals across southwest Pennsylvania and the surrounding border states. We specialize in equine and canine physical rehabilitation and integrative veterinary care. Our goal is to improve mobility, enhance performance, and support long-term comfort through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Our primary patient population includes horses and dogs, while also offering care for a variety of other species, including cats, cattle, goats, sheep, and pet pigs.
We offer a comprehensive range of modalities and therapies, including acupuncture and electroacupuncture, laser therapy, shockwave, manual therapy and massage, joint mobilization and manipulation, kinesiotaping, conditioning and strength programs, post-operative and post-injury rehabilitation plans, and weight management programs. Each treatment plan is customized to the unique needs of the animal, whether recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or optimizing athletic performance.
By combining advanced rehabilitation techniques with compassionate, patient-centered care, Restore Veterinary Rehabilitation delivers convenient, high-quality veterinary services directly to clients’ homes and barns. We are committed to helping animals move better, feel better, and perform at their best throughout every stage of life.
If you have questions about a specific modality or whether your location falls within our service area, please reach out. We routinely travel up to 1.5 hours from Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and partner with several hospitals across the state for in-clinic appointments.
We look forward to helping your animal move and feel their best.
Meet the Veterinarian
Cody Frock, DVM, cVMA, CERP
Dr. Cody Frock founded Restore Veterinary Rehabilitation with a commitment to delivering innovative, integrative veterinary care to her community. Her passion for rehabilitation and sports medicine was inspired early by her own animals, growing up racing sled dogs and rescuing horses. These interests guided her academic journey, earning a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. She received her acupuncture training from the CuraCore Institute and her Certification in Equine Rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee. After several years in a busy mixed animal practice, Dr. Frock established Restore Veterinary Rehabilitation to focus fully on rehabilitation and integrative medicine—motivated in part by the significant benefits her own dog experienced through acupuncture treatment. She remains actively involved in the performance world, working with her own dogs in upland hunting and proudly cheering on her patients at their events.
